Onderdelen die geprint worden maar een meer nauwkeurige tolerantie vereisen, worden bij ons binnenshuis machinaal afgewerkt middels meerassig draaien en \u2013frezen. Hiervoor werken wij nauw samen met de CNC programmeurs van zusterbedrijf <a href=\"https:\/\/blokgroup.nl\/\">Blok Mechanische Industrie<\/a>. Samen nemen we het digitale 3D model door en voorzien deze van features die nauwkeurige nabewerking mogelijk maken.<\/p>\n<p>Een minder bekende- en toegepaste combinatie van 3D printen en machinaal bewerken, is printen <em>op<\/em> een machinaal bewerkt deel. Het onderdeel kan in de 3D printer geplaatst worden, waarna meer complexe geometrie\u00ebn hierop geprint worden. Om een nette, egale look te krijgen worden geprinte delen gestraald.
